Moca chân thành cảm ơn quý người dùng đã tin tưởng và sử dụng ví điện tử Moca trong thời gian qua. 

Công ty đã có những đánh giá cẩn trọng và đưa ra quyết định thực hiện chiến lược tái cấu trúc nhằm hướng đến tăng trưởng bền vững. Theo đó, chúng tôi rất lấy làm tiếc phải thông báo đến Quý người dùng về việc ngừng mở mới Ví điện tử Moca từ ngày 31/05/2024. Đồng thời, bắt đầu từ ngày 01/07/2024 (“Ngày Chấm Dứt”), Moca sẽ ngừng cung cấp dịch vụ Ví điện tử Moca. 

Quý người dùng vẫn có thể chủ động sử dụng hoặc rút số dư trên ví điện tử Moca về tài khoản/thẻ liên kết cho đến hết ngày 30/6/2024. Moca cam kết việc ngừng cung cấp dịch vụ ví điện tử sẽ được triển khai với những đảm bảo cao nhất về quyền và lợi ích của người dùng và sẽ nỗ lực tối đa để thực hiện hoàn số dư ví Quý người dùng (nếu có) sau Ngày Chấm Dứt. Các thông báo liên quan sẽ được gửi đến Quý người dùng thông qua tin nhắn trên ứng dụng Moca, website, ứng dụng của đối tác Grab, và email.

Announcement from Moca

Thank you for trusting and using the Moca e-wallet in the past years.  

After thorough evaluation, we have decided to pursue a restructuring strategy in order to achieve sustainable growth. As a result of this strategic shift, we regret to inform you that we will cease new Moca e-Wallet account registrations, effective from May 31st, 2024. Also, starting from July 1st, 2024 (“Termination Date”), Moca will cease to offer Moca e-wallet service.

You can still actively use or withdraw the balance from your Moca e-wallet to your linked account/card until the end of June 30th, 2024. Moca commits that the discontinuation of the e-wallet service will be implemented with the highest guarantees for the rights and interests of users and will make the utmost effort to refund the balance of your wallet (if any) after the Termination Date. Relevant notifications will be sent to you via messages on the Moca app, website, Grab partner app, and email.
