Moca chân thành cảm ơn quý người dùng đã luôn đồng hành cùng chúng tôi trong thời gian qua. Moca đã ngừng cung cấp dịch vụ Ví điện tử Moca từ ngày 01/07/2024.

Từ ngày 01/07/2024, Moca đã liên tục gửi thông báo và tiến hành quy trình hoàn tiền cho người dùng còn số dư trong ví điện tử Moca. 

Từ ngày 31/12/2024, Moca sẽ ngừng gửi thông báo về việc hoàn trả số dư ví Moca thông qua ứng dụng Grab, và ngừng dần việc hiển thị thông tin ví điện tử Moca trên ứng dụng Grab. Việc hỗ trợ hoàn số dư ví vẫn diễn ra bình thường.

Trong trường hợp cần hỗ trợ về việc hoàn số dư ví hoặc các vấn đề khác liên quan đến ví điện tử Moca, vui lòng liên hệ với chúng tôi qua các phương thức sau đây:

Lưu ý:

Để quá trình hoàn tiền diễn ra nhanh chóng và thuận lợi, bạn hãy đảm bảo rằng bạn đang sở hữu tài khoản ngân hàng còn hiệu lực để nhận hoàn số dư ví và đảm bảo thông tin chủ tài khoản nhận tiền phải trùng tên chủ ví điện tử để Moca có thể ghi nhận, xác thực thông tin và tiến hành hoàn tiền theo quy trình.

Moca sincerely thanks you for your trust over the past period. Moca has ceased to provide the Moca e-wallet service as of July 1, 2024.

Since July 1, 2024, Moca has continuously sent notifications and initiated the refund process for users with remaining balances in Moca e-wallets.

From December 31st, 2024, Moca will stop sending reminders about refunding Moca wallet balance through the Grab application, and cease displaying Moca e-wallet information on the Grab application. The process of refunding the remaining balance in the e-wallet is still proceeding normally.

Important note: To ensure that the refund process is swift and smooth, please ensure that you possess an active bank account to receive the wallet balance refund, and that the account holder’s information matches the name of the e-wallet owner so that Moca can record, verify the information, and proceed with the refund according to the established procedure.
