– Manage risk activities related to the Moca payment system, including:
+ Establish procedures, policies related to card payment and Moca payment management
+ Manage transaction monitoring and authorizing.
+ Manage the inspection of reports, payment data to detect suspicious transactions
+ Manage the handling of suspicious transactions
– Manage the compliance with the requirements of the authorities in the construction, development and implementation of the Moca payment system.
– Other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
– University degree or higher in Finance – Banking, Economics, Foreign Trade, etc.
– At least 03 years of experience in supervisor /settlement team leader/ card settlement or e-banking, in banks or electronic payment service firms.
– Understand the principles of card management, card products and services, standard practice in card issuance and payment services, procedures for receiving and handling card checks and potential risks in card operation.
– Understand the organizational structure, operation network, regulations and current procedures on the cards of the Banks
– Ability to work independently and work under high pressure.
– Ability to manage, solve problems, analyze and make good decisions.
– Active, sharp, active in work, professional working style.

– Working time: 40 hours/week; Monday to Friday (08:30 to 18:00)
